为什么选B，不选A？

ought to have donesth表示应该做某事而没有做，在回答时如果省略have就不能体现没有做这点，这也算是英语的一个习惯用法吧。

因为用的是虚拟语气，所以选B，要把 have 带上。

以为如果选A的话那句子就不完整。
